On placing an order with Vital Sign you will be deemed to have agreed to and understood the following terms and conditions: 

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Click the place order button then type in the product codes of the items you want to buy one at a time and click the add button. You can continue to browse our on-line catalogue. After you have finished your selection, click on "Place Order" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you provide no or part payment information someone will call you to complete the order. In normal circumstances orders will not be sent until payment has been made. All goods remain the property of Vital Sign until paid for in full. We accept Visa and Master card, Switch and Solo or any Maestro cards, (we do not take American Express). cheque, and payment by purchase order by approved clients only. 

Security & Privacy Policy

Whenever Vital Sign handles personal information, regardless of where this occurs, Vital Sign takes every precaution to ensure that your information is treated securely, for instance by encrypting credit card transactions with SSL and by storing the information in a secure environment. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Vital Sign cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Vital Sign, and you do so at your own risk.

Vital Sign will take reasonable steps to ensure that buyer’s information will not intentionally be disclosed to third parties without your permission except under special circumstances, for instance if we, in good faith, believe that the law requires disclosure to protect ourselves, our customers and others, against fraud for example.
 
We use information about you to maintain your account and to process the transactions that you undertake. When you make an online purchase some of the information will be used for identity checking purposes.
 
To do this, we hold information about you in our records. This information that we hold about you will be used to make your payment. Your information is recorded in our database, and may be held on computer and other media after your purchase.
 
We may pass information about you to third parties for processing on our behalf, however, we will not use any of the information that we hold about you for market research, statistical analysis, profiling and other such similar activities.
 
We may use information about you to give you details of our services or other products by post, telephone and email, but we will not disclose information about you to other organisations which may use it for the same purpose.

If you request in writing, you are entitled to a copy of the information we hold about you. You are entitled to ask us to amend any inaccurate details or, in some instances, to remove them. Shipping and Handling

All products will be packaged to an acceptable standard and sent via recorded first class post or by courier if within the United Kingdom or via recorded international post. However we do not guarantee next day delivery under any circumstances. We deliver your order as soon as payment has been cleared. We will normally send your order to you within 2 working days of payment being received, but if your order contains customised signs please allow for up to 28 days. A shortage of stock is the only reason that we will not be able to meet your delivery schedule, if this is the case your order notes on the first delivery of a part order will outline the items to follow. 

We reserve the right to add/alter the delivery or handling charge on your order at any time and without notice and for whatever reason. We will call you to confirm the new charge being levied, and will not process the order until you have agreed. 

UK Delivery Charges

For all mainland UK orders a small order charge will be added to all orders where the value of the goods is under £70 (excluding VAT) at a cost of £8.99 to the customer. On UK mainland orders where the value of the goods is over £70 (excluding VAT) no additional charge will be levied.

International Delivery Charges

Please call for a quote on all orders for delivery outside of the UK and Ireland. 

Returns

All goods returned to us in error of purchaser must be notified prior to return within 7 days of invoice date and will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.

All goods returned to us in error of Allsigns International Ltd must be notified prior to return within 7 days of invoice date and will be replaced or refunded at no extra charge.
 
Please note that under no circumstances will we accept returned goods outside 7 days of invioce date or without prior notification.

Pricing

Prices quoted are those ruling at the date of order (not at date of initial enquiry), as shown at www.vitalsafetysigns.co.uk, and shall be subject to revision if an increases in cost or other circumstances arise. We reserve the right to change our current prices without notice. Prices DO NOT INCLUDE Value Added Tax, however, other taxes or any similar import taxes for example will be charged additionally to the Buyer at the time of placing the order at a rate of 15% VAT on all orders.
